I was having issues with getting angry at work easily and was sent to see Dr. Sawyer-Harmon. She listened, was realistic with her responses, asked relevant questions, and really cared about me and my issue. I only had to speak with her a few times before I had a grasp on ways of recognizing and dealing with times that I would get angry. I feel like a new person!
