Pill pusher
My daughter was referred to Cecelia because of some neuropsychiatric symptoms that turned out to be originating from autoimmune encephalitis years later. Cecelia was the main reason for late diagnosis because she was more focused on prescribing one psychiatric medicine after another as if she was on a mission. She ruined my daughter's life and put all of us into hell. We lost eight years because of Cecelia and the damage her prescriptions caused.

I have been a patient of hers for over a year. I am shocked at the above reviews b/c my experience has been the COMPLETE Dr. James has helped me improve the relationships in my life with her sensitive, wise, & intelligent, therapy style.In addition to spending time w/ me during every visit & NEVER rushing me, I feel the best I ever have w/ the med regime she’s prescribed. She is on the cutting edge & used genetic testing to find the best meds for me! LOVE HER!

Initially nice enough, but did not take good notes (or any?) and then refused treatment because she was worried about the combination of meds (that we discussed and SHE prescribed) that I was on. Its unconscionable to state concern about a patient and their protocol, and then refuse to treat them. Just terrible. Should have read the other reviews before seeing her. Live and learn.

She gets zero stars from me. She screamed at me on the telephone about my own treatment. She prescribed something that made me act totally out of character and wouldn't take responsibility for it. Nasty nasty practitioner. Her license should be revoked! Absolutely!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Cecilia James APRN prescribes adderall to patients who do not have any form od add or adhd .. absolutely disgusting and she should have her license revoked!!!
