RUDE! Don’t waste your time with her.
She is so incredibly rude and won’t let her patients talk. Your visit with her takes MAYBE 5 minutes, and you’re spending more time waiting on her. She acts like the patient doesn’t know what they’re talking about when it comes to THEIR health and makes you feel bad about your health. She treats you like youre a burden. She will look at you for maybe 45 seconds and the rest of the time, she’s looking at the laptop. Do not waste your time going to her. Every time I have been to her, she has been very passive-aggressive. I will not be returning. DO NOT WORK IN HEALTHCARE IF YOUR PATIENTS BURDEN YOU. WE LOOK TO YOU FOR ANSWERS. DO BETTER!

I Would Not Recommend
Caytlin is not apt to listen. She chalks up every physical ailment to stress and leaves no time for the patient to actually talk. The last time I saw her, she barely even looked at me because her face was buried in the laptop. Her 'bedside manner' and lack of knowledge regarding some conditions is appalling at best.

Is through & courteous. Will answer ALL question & explain. Always finds the answer to any problems or health issues. Prompt with any medication a person is running out of.
