Dr. Cathy Riekeman, DC

I personally visited the facility. The person greeting customers didn't seem to be able to explain how Dr Riekeman saw patients or how patients were accepted. I was told there were 2 kinds of Medicare patients, those who are confined to a certain list of doctors and those who could see anyone. She then told me Dr Riekeman didn't see anyone from either list. When I asked where patients came from she told me there was a 3rd class of Medicare patients but nothing to indicate what that class was. I was then told I couldn't pay for Dr Riekeman's services myself, only through Medicare. Finally she resorted to rudeness, told me she was sorry I wasn't able to "get it" and would I please step aside so she could help a real patient. I know there are different practices these days around health care and regulations that providers must adhere to but the person making initial contact with patients needs to make things perfectly clear but it seems bad informants and rudeness are as likely as ever.

Dr. Riekeman is so gentle and very good at what she does! I have been going to her for about 4 years now. My experience there is always great! I highly recommend her to everyone. My tailbone pain and tingling in my arms and feet completely disappeared within the first 6 months of seeing her and has never returned since!

Experienced. Well trained. Keeps up with current developments in her field. Does not sell products or have other service providers (such as massage). Refers patients to others when appropriate. Gives clear explanations. Cautious and conservative. I have been her patient more than 25 years.

Dr. Cathy Riekeman is an excellent and amazing chiropractor. She is am expert in her field of medicine. She has helped me tremendously with my back and neck. I strongly abd highly recommend Dr. Cathy! S. P. Jackson
