Catherine Mondonedo, NPC

My mom is a resident at the Upper East Side Rehab where Catherine is in charge of her care. My mom went for over 7 days without eating and very little drinking. It was only after my family insisted that she be further evaluated that my mom was given a blood test, an x-ray, IV fluids and ultimately sent to the hospital for kidney failure. It is astounding that someone with Catherine's level of education, experience and training would allow something like this to happen. To make matters worse, when we sought her out to speak to her, although she was present in the facility, she showed up 5 hours later. She was fully negligent in my moms care and should not be in the medical profession at all.
