I am so glad that I found Dr. Lally. She is an incredibly smart, has so many years of experience as a therapist, and is compassionate and empathetic. She is also direct and helped challenge the patterns I've gotten into. I feel like my life has changed so much for the better because of her wisdom.

I’ve known Cate for a long time and have referred many people to her, including some of my own clients for additional services (e.g. EMDR, couples counseling, family therapy as an adjunct to individual counseling). I consistently get really good feedback from these clients and as a result, she is someone I can count on to provide really good quality care and services. Cate is an extremely competent, compassionate, and skilled clinician. She connects well with others and is very empathetic.. If I had family or friends that needed counseling, she is one of the top therapists I would recommend.
