Catherine Hopkins, NP

My niece went to the clinic in East Boston with stomach pains. She got there before closing, instead of trying to help my niece - Catherine Hopkins told her she had a stomach bug and sent her hope with a prescription for nausea. The next day me niece had to have emergency surgery to remove her appendix and part of her colon. The doctors at Mass General were SHOCKED that she wasn't sent straight to them the night before. This could have been life threatening and Catherine Hopkins rushed her out of the office because the clinic was about to close instead of inspecting her properly. I have reached out to the clinic and have not heard back from ANYONE. Disgusting and despicable. Your job is to HELP people and instead it almost cost my niece her life because you were lazy and incompetent. Others BEWARE*****
