Catherine Hawley, NP

Uncaring, unhelpful, and left me wondering why I didn’t walk out. Zero feigned interest in my concerns, and what she charted was incorrect in what I was telling to her. I wasn’t expecting her to go above and beyond, but the basics weren’t even there. Do yourself a favor and see anyone of the other amazing people in that office.

Great visit Today, Ms.Hawley was professional and nice. Our wait time as short and all staff members were awesome.

I had lab work done and was contacted within 2 days to discuss my results. I was very pleased that they were invested in my well being, and wanted to obtain the best plan of action to achieve optimum results.

I have been seeing Catherine for over five years. Despite that, she still often manages to forget key details of my life. Since I am young, until recently I did not really have a concept of switching providers, and I wish I had known earlier. She continually makes me feel like an imposition when I see her. I always have long wait times during my visits with her but am rushed when she finally enters the exam room. She rarely solves my issues but always manages to leave me feeling judged, burdensome, and frustrated after my visits. Her bedside manner is poor and honestly bordering on disrespectful at times. She rarely follows up with lab results after my visits, so I am left wondering what is wrong for weeks sometimes until I finally call and ask myself. I think we all deserve good quality healthcare from people who actually care about us (especially since we pay for it), and Catherine is just not that for me.

Didn't figure out my concern at all. I had two appointments with her, second time she acted like she had never meant me. Did a physical and laughed with her nurse telling me how much I could have sex until my wedding. Very unprofessional and unconcerned about my issue. Referral for dermatology took about a month to get done. I switched my provider. Will not be coming back.

I have only seen Dr. Hawley two times and both times I felt she was very professional, pleasant and caring. She listened to my concerns, recommended the proper screenings that I was needing, and explained all of my bloodwork in terms that I could understand.

Go to your local witch doctor instead. Bedside manner is the worst. She is very condescending and judgemental. Not sure what her problem is, but when I told her I didn't have anyone to take me to an appointment, her response was "Why not?" While not all medical personal have great bedside manners, Catherine doesn't possess the medical knowledge to enable me to overlook that deficiency. I'm going to look for a new person.

I was very disappointed with her. She rolled her eyes at questions. She had a poor attitude/bedside manner. She really made me feel like I was an imposition being there. I won't ever go back to her. The other staff was wonderful! They were friendly and caring. That's why I gave the friendliness of staff a high star rating.
