Catherine unhelpful and unqualified for at least one of the clients she has taken on. She does not seem to have any expertise in any of the fields that are required for this client to try to talk down to parents that she clearly Has pre-judged as unqualified to be a parent. She does not help my child but encourages poor coping skills and victim mentality relying on crutches instead of working to the root of the problem. I feel that her treatment of my child is making my child?s situation worse and mental well-being worse. She is extremely unhelpful and condescending.
