Referred to her in December, 2019 for RX review. She prescribed a new RX to replace Cymbalta, weened me off the Cymbalta while ramping up the new med. Then, told me to stop the new med and changed me to Desvenlafax SUC ER Tab 50mg. There was a problem with the way she had written the RX so my local CVS reached out to her 3 times for clarification with no response. I then left 2 messages with no response. finally got her assistant to ask her to call CVS and straighten out her problem, which she finally did. I had a follow-up appointment but had to cancel due to a severe migraine. I was told there would be a $75 cancellation fee even after the horrible and UNFORGIVEABLE lack of response I and my pharmacy had. She never followed up to see how I was doing, to apologize for not responding to the FIVE separate requests for a callback. Nothing. Never did offer the courtesy of returning my subsequent calls. SHE SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO CALL HERSELF A PROFESSIONAL.

Catherine Gianan is the best therapist that I have had. I have been bipolar for 40 years and have worked with dozens of therapists and doctors. So believe me I am speaking from experience.
