I had two 15 min visits with Ms. Jackey for my 3 month med refill, I am on BP meds and a pill for heart palpitations. She changed my anxiety meds, then cancelled them completely without telling me or having a plan in case of withdrawal issues. She referred me to a psychiatrist, again without telling me. Ms Jackey also added 2 new meds which made me very dizzy. After a couple of days her nurse called me to explain. Communication is key to me regarding my health especially at my age. I can't recommend Ms. Jackey.
