Cat Huss, FNP-C

Cat Huss is the only APN I jave met with vast knowledge on Ehlers Danlos. Im sad she is no longer at Lake Howell Family Practice. Ahe took her time with the Patients to have a better umderstanding. The Practice only wants nurses to spend 20 minutes in and out ignoring the quality of care. Cat Huss was the exception, she was the only one who cared.

Definitely one of my favorite health care professionals! She has been treating me for about a year and has been so kind to me the whole way. She makes me feel secure and respected every time I come in and see her.

An amazing Dr who will tell it to you straight and not pull punches. She will also work with you to track down the root cause of your ailment.

Our continuity of care with Cat Huss has been of the highest quality. She’s been treating our family for well over a year and she’s been the best we have had. She is very knowledgeable and doesn’t hesitate to grab a second opinion immediately if necessary. Whenever we have needed a referral she already has the paperwork printed for us to take to the appointment such as labs, procedures done and results. She has always taken our concerns seriously and I’ve never been made to feel like she doesn’t have time to address my medical ailments, even when I have brought something up out of the blue. Cat Huss has always treated us with respect and empathy and always takes the time to make sure we understand our treatment plan. She definitely doesn’t rush you out the door or treat you like a number, already moving on to her next patient and I find that refreshing in a world of revolving door practitioners.
