Cassandra took time to explain to me the differences of hearing aids on market and ensured we worked together to find the right one for me. She wasn't trying to scam me to get my money like these mega corporations that will try to sell you anything that has fluff in it. She found a hearing aid that works for me, my needs, and my price.

You can tell Cassandra has a genuine care when it comes to each patience that comes in the door. I personally have experienced quality service from her. She is very patient, very knowledgeable and well articulate when she communicates with you. You do not just get a bunch of medical jargon, she sits down with you person to person and does not leave any question you may have upturned. Being personable is very important to me and I know if I may have any questions come up, I feel confident in knowing I can give Cassandra a call and get the answers that I need.
