Cassandra has been seeing me for my memory loss for about a year. She asks many questions. She takes her time with me and answers all of my questions. She gives clear explanations. She is awesome.

Doc Ward was wonderful. In short I have been battling memory issues for a while. I deal with Fibromyalgia.I began to forget how to get to our local markets. I live in a small town and have my whole life. I started to really get worried and be honest was afraid I May have something very serious. After a few test and talking with Dr ward it appears it was combination of the Fibro and the meds. I am truly thankful for her help. I know what I'm dealing with. Thank you Doc Ward

In our meeting, my wife was given a test and I was asked my observations of my wife's condition. I described my wife's behavior, the absence of the symptoms of Alzheimer's except for the occasional short term forgetfulness. We outlined our daily routine which includes a healthy diet, daily B12 plus calcium and one-a day vitamins, daily word puzzles, 2 mile walks, piano playing, normal shopping, church activities, etc.
From this we received a memo which repeated what we said... Little new!
