Cassandra Nelson, RN

I would give negative stars if I could. I have had to deal with Ms. Nelson for several years, she is rude and disrespectful everytime I met with her. I even caught her bad mouthing me to coworkers when she had thought she hung up the phone. She works for the VA and forgets that her job exists because of veterans this woman needs to learn how to treat people. Honestly Ms. Nelson is worst healthcare worker I have ever dealt with,and unfortunately I'm a disabled Veteran, so I have to deal with a lot of medical personnel. She should have a job where she doesn't deal with the public. Heartless, uncaring, rude. I would advise avoiding this woman unless you like be spoken to like an idiot by some rich elitist who thinks she's better than you.
