Cassandra is one of the best therapists there is! She is everything you'd look for in a therapist- kind, supportive, and direct enough to keep you accountable. I would recommend anyone I know looking for a therapist to Cassandra as she will truly help change your life for the better. I know she specializes in eating disorders, but she also can help a lot of other issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, etc. I couldn't recommend her enough if you need some support!
