If you want terrible customer service, disrespectful attendants, no regard to your personal time... this is the place for you. If I could give them 0 stars I would. AZ shut down and the clinic wasn't accepting F2F visits. Instead they had me download the momdoc app for a teleconference appointment. Their technology was so bad and intermittent that it took 2 hours to get the app to work properly for a 10min appointment. I received call from one of their receptionist a week after the virtual meeting with their doc to let me know my rests which I had already received from the doctor. I was originally informed of an infection; however, they didn't feel the need to treat it. Also the receptionist informed me that my blood work came in indicating hypothyroidism. I was confused as to why so much time had passed for their receptionist to notify me of the complications of the pregnancy, not to mention, she didn't read my file prior to calling me.
