Poor outcome
While a very pleasant man, I ended up with worse corrected vision than when I arrived. Something was very wrong with my lens prescription yet after many weeks of frustrating non-communication I still had no new appointment offered, just kept being told my eyes would 'get used to it'. I lost hundreds of dollars on useless glasses. The experience was so poor that my vision insurance company actually reinstated the benefits I used so I had coverage at the new doctor's office I went to.
