I think that it is not fully on this provider but the practice itself. Not all new patients have one or two things they want to discuss, others have multiple issues they want to discuss and get answers from and have time spent without feeling rushed and having to be pawned onto a specialist. Health care nowadays does not give providers enough time with patients all they seem to care about are their numbers which is exactly what my provider stated to me. I asked if she needed a minute to scribe/document and the response was "I have a few seconds if it is quick but I have another patient waiting". What a great way to feel when you have concerns and constantly being told "you're fine, everything looks good". Not acceptable.

Staff is always kind, courteous, and compassionate. Carrie ALWAYS takes the time to listen. She is very passionate and thorough. I recommend her every chance I get. Very Happy with our care, my husband and I both see her.

I did a video appointment and she said to come in the next morning for an allergy shot. When I arrived, I was not on the schedule for the shot, like I was told. The receptionist called them, and they took me in for the shot. I am not sure why I was not on the schedule.
