My elderly aunt has been a patient of Carolynne's for about 3 years. My aunt has developed a strong relationship with Carolynne in part associated with her clinical skills, empathy and ethical grounding in her recommendations. If it weren't for Carolynne, my aunt would have never agreed to a hearing aide (which she desperately needs!).
