Dr. Longacre not only focuses on your chiropractic needs, i.e. alignment, improving functionality, etc., but also educates her patients in providing knowledge on ways to maintain their physicality and providing nutritional recommendations to enhance their overall health. Additionally, she is very attentive to each patient’s needs and make you very comfortable to discuss your concerns. I would highly recommend her practice.

Dr. D is the utmost compassionate and beautiful person, she is the best in her field. I've been going to Dr. D's practice for 6 years now she has treated myself and my family and is gave me a new meaning to life. She has helped me out tremendously with my pain as well as for my children. I went there with one of my children that had an injury to her neck from simply falling out of the bed, she was able to correct the problem that she had and took away the pain as well. Words cannot express the gratitude for Dr. D and her staff there ,you'll be treated like family there or even better. I only gave five stars becase that was all that was available she deserves so much more than that. ??

She has helped me with so much in addition to my chiropractic needs . She’s been an amazing inspiration in my life ! Thanks for everything!

I am a former TN patient of Dr. "D"... Cannot say enough good things about her! I was literally limping from hip and back pain at my 1st visit. I had tried physical therapy, back injections, and medication. After 2 visits i was able to stand up straight and my limp resolved. She is quite educated and very personable! Would gladly recommend her to anyone including children

Dr DeSimone is fantastic. I have scoliosis and it seems that she has nearly fixed it to me. No more back problems. Great place to get back to living life!

Very good with shoulders

my thighs were going numb when standing, I could not walk or mow my yard. VA wanted to do back surgery. My sister suggested seeing Dr. Desimone. After about 6 weeks, twice a week, I could mow my yard but at the end of the mowing, I would be feeling discomfort. So we continued the visits. After about 6 months, I am able to mow, trim, use my chain saw, Walk on treadmill, no pain, no discomfort. I love this woman. NO SCARS, NO SURGERY, Just healing hands.

Where do I start. I hadn't been to chiropractor in years. I was in a lot of pain. And explained to Dr.D that I wanted to get pregnant. She explained she could help with that.. I thought YEA RIGHT!. Well thanks to Dr.D and the Webster method used I have a healthy baby boy and no longer in back and neck pain. I would HIGHLY recommend her to ANYONE needing to get adjusted, or wanting to possibly change doctors feelings on not able to conceive. She cared about me and my wishes. Love this woman! <3

Dr. Desimone is very personable and helpful. She takes the time needed with her patients. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I would recommend anyone having problems see Dr. Desimone.

Dr. Desimone always went above and beyond. Her knowledge of the spine was so amazing and she was always doing new things from all her training. When I was in extra pain or something acted up she would get me right in to fix it. She took wonderful care of my then 3 year old son. Working around him and getting down on his level to adjust him.

Dr. Desimone cares for me and my family. She works well with children and truly Cares about them. She is always asking them about how they feel and what has been going on in their lives. She Listens to what you have to say about your health and helps you get on the road to wellness. She has never failed to take good care of our needs. Dr D. Gave me an excellent adjustment working on my extremities as well as my neck and spine and together we are working to get me back to my old spy self.
