I waited 4 weeks for my appointment, only to be called at 4;55 pm on tuesday to be told that my 8;30 am appointment was cancelled because she was coming in late. I HAD THIS APPOINTMENT AND IN PAIN FOR 4 WEEKS, ONLY TO BE TOLD BY SOME PHONE OPERATOR THAT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. Pathetic!
