She lied to a longtime trusting patient's face. I'm appalled to find out the 'notes' she wrote about me; inappropriate misdiagnosis as well as female and transgender related terminology when I'm neither of those. That wasn't the worst part though, she even wrote personal feelings I told her. I even asked and made sure she wasn't writing those. She was like 'no no no of course not' well they're my records when I downloade a pdf file from the portal. I couldn't even bear to see them all.I trusted her and she literally lied to my face. She is a backstabber. She even kept referring and pushing me to see incompetent therapist when my suffering wasnt mental first of all, it was physical. She made a big mistake with these notes. The ones who I went because of her pushing me to see them, made it a worse mess. I will never see another doctor as long as I live because of mazzoni center.I am still shocked because none of these appeared in the portal.PS. I wrote the 8-7-2016 review!I feel betrayed

Caroline is truly a special person. I went to her just for a general check up and explained some of my urological symptoms. As a transman, this is embarrassing, and I had already tried Jefferson without much success. She was so knowledgeable about my problems that I wished I had come to her first! She knew immediately what was going on and is helping me solve a problem that has been going on for over 5 years. She referred me to trans competent folks and I am so happy!

She has been truly wonderful in helping me take care of my needs all this time. She takes the time to listen to my specific issues of what works and what doesn't for my health and that's what I like about her the most.I am so glad to see her by chance in the first place (it could have been any other doctor in the facility) because there is no one else I would be interested in seeing and will stick with her. I highly recommend her.
