Love her, we have a great connection

When we had a video visit. I could tell she was looking down at her phone (not in sight of the camera) and typing and wasn’t really listening. I would answer and pause and after a moment of silence she would look up seem kind of caught off guard that I wasn’t still taking and would ask some generic question. I was so shocked by what was happening that I would go ahead and answer. She would then go right back to looking down and doing something on her phone. This was such a bad experience. This was my last session with her as it was the final straw. I had 6 previous sessions with her prior to this occurrence and was not impressed by her insight or skill. I had continued to go because of the energy it requires to start over with another counselor. I would not recommend unless you just need a “paid friend” to simply hear you talk.

She held a class on depression, not to help people, but to recruit clients. When people in the class started improving, she would ignore them. They began asking why she was ignoring them & she stated she “was not allowed to comment on progress or provide encouragement for non-paying clients”.People who were making progress stopped & got worse due to her apathy.She also made the class take supplements, despite not having her MD.She honestly shouldn’t be practicing.
