She's a listener but will also tell you what she thinks if that's what you're looking for. She is kind, fair, and honest but most importantly, she helps YOU get to where you need to be, in life, in your relationship, at work, whatever is troubling you. I strongly recommend her.

Dr. Shilliday is easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable. Her feedback is never surface solutions. I feel like I have learned a lot about myself under her care.
