Carol is an excellent therapist! She helped me navigate through a horrendous, painful divorce from a narcissist, and gave me exceptional emotional support and guidance as I continued to raise my kids under extremely difficult circumstances with their dad. She continues to work with me while I’ve been on a healing journey to gain better understanding about narcissism and the toll that narcissistic abuse has on a person’s self-esteem and emotional well-being. I’ve been going through a transformation that started with being a victim, progressed to being a survivor, and now I’m gradually becoming more comfortable and confident with being a thriver. This journey of emotional work has been ongoing for many years and I feel so blessed and grateful that I’ve had Carol by my side every step of the way. I would not be where I am today with out her outstanding guidance, compassion, and support!
