She's great at the time of selling you the hearing aids. After that you won't see much of her even though you request that the hearing aids need adjusting. Once the warranty is expired, you're on your own with a set of hearing aids that need adjusting and cleaning and nowhere to go. Thanks to another audiology Doctor in Pensacola, I was able to have them cleaned and adjusted. For the first time in four years, I was able to clearly hear what people were saying.
