I highly recommend you stay away from this provider. She has poor communication skills and does not follow through with things she says she is going to do. She is unprofessional and should not be a counselor. If the guiding principal is “first do no harm” this provider violated that from our very first meeting.

Please avoid Dr. Fletcher all costs. She is very unprofessional and abrasive. My experience with her left me in tears. She should not be a therapist. Despite letting her know on time I was ready for my appointment and having some technology issues, after five minutes of my appointment time she cancelled, told me I wasn’t ready to pursue therapy, and she would refuse future appointments with me. Please don’t waste your money on someone so inflexible, unprofessional, and abrasive when you are vulnerable and trying to seek help.
