Inept people at front desk
Got lost and was 3 minutes late For my appointment. The front desk refuse me to be seen. Made another appointment, but found another doctor, with a great staff, tried to cancel my appointment. Called twice ant the phone rang around 20 times, automatically went on hold and was hung up on. This was both times. Ended up calling the nurse and left a message. They better not charge me as a no show, because they are too inept to answer their phone.

Not good. Prescribe medication not correct for patients medical history. Patient in hospital for 4 days. Not very thorough.

Our review keeps getting deleted. She had subscribed wrong medication to my husband which caused a 4day stay in Conway Hospital. DX-Toxic Encephalopthy A dialysis patient should never receive this medication!!Does not take responsibility with proof.

I felt miss Eatin was very unprofessional when asked to explain medical terms to better explain the medical process that I would be going through.
