I've been seeing her for several years and she has helped me so much. She has a way of helping me see things I couldn't see before and then to help me work through my issues. The great thing about having the same therapist for a long time is that she has helped me catch myself when I've started to regress back to old patterns. Another great thing about Carol is that she doesn't treat me like a number but as a person.
