Very professional from the telephone receptionist to the NP. She was very thorough and answered all of my concerns. Hope to talk with her again

I showed up to the appointment 5 minutes early to test my equipment. The doctor was already in the waiting room, but our camera's and audio were not connecting. She called me from a private number and made a comment about having to wait for me for two minutes and then after I was trying to fix the chat, she made another comment about having done this for two years, insinuating it was my fault. The call lasted 1 minute and 49 seconds (still 3 minutes before the scheduled start time) and was the absolute worst Doctor's Visit or Telehealth visit I've ever had.
