Their care goes beyond the standard—they genuinely care about you as a person and are dedicated to finding the root of any health concerns so you can live your healthiest life. Over the years, they’ve been thorough and proactive, always going above and beyond for me. Their support has been unwavering as we navigated unknowns and made discoveries, and I trust their judgment completely. Carmen White and her staff treat each patient like family. I have seen her multiple times when my PCP was too busy to see me in a few days. She made room for my emergencies every time. She asked me questions my normal doctor has not and I didn't wait in the waiting room for 2 hours. She meets you at your designated appointment time and understands that my time is just as valuable as she and her staff. I have finally realized I need to switch and be loyal to someone who is loyal to me. My longtime PCP cant even return my calls in a 24-48 hour period. Looking forward to a new relationship with Lake Dallas Family Medicine.
