wonderful. But now I can't find where she is employeed. Im so very sad, as she is so great in her knowledge n bed side manner.

Carmen Oakes is a great Primary Care Provider. I was very disappointed when Warren Clinic furloughed Nurse Practitioners without advance notice to their Patients. Profits over continuity of care has me looking for another Primary Provider. If she is still practicing in Tulsa I hope I can resume my quality care with her at that location.
