For someone who is supposed to be helping you with you're pain and suffering she does no such thing.

Carmen Chavez, Was my Palliative NPC for Less then a year I have 2 forms of Cancer,COPD, sclerosing mesenteritis,,I Was going into the hospital ,I asked her to prescribe 1 week of medicine, RETURNING HOME WAS A LETTER SHE LEFT IN MY DOOR STATING I HAD COMMITTED SEVERAL VIOLATIONS WITHOUT LISTING WHAT THOSE VIOLATIONS WERE AND AND DID NOT ATTEMPT TO EXPLAIN SHE JUST DROPPED ME FROM PROGRAM SENT LETTERS TO ALL MY PHYSICIANS BLOCKING ME FROM GETTING ANY PAIN MEDICATIONS WITH MY TWO FORMS OF CANCER I asked Four Seasons for a detailed list of those alleged violations they refused to give them to me I had to call several times I've given them until Tuesday March 7th to give me a detailed list of what violations I have committed and I am a registered nurse and no I didn't know violations except my lockbox would not open at one time it had a bent key even she tried to open it and she could not and I had my husband bring me a brand new lock box the next day and when I live in pain everyday

Carmen has been my Palliative Care Nurse for a couple years. She is there to listen, give you advise and just all around to help no matter the medical problem you have. If she can't help you she will find someone who can. I would highly recommend you to contact Four Seasons and ask if she is available. And to mention Four Seasons I cant even start to tell you how much I would recommend them for any problems you might have. They have been nothing but helpful, courteous and they are always there for you!
