Called to make an appointment after being in the hospital for a sepsis case and I was told that the next appointment that they could give me was for Nov. 9th. That’s after calling multiple times and remaining on hold. Horrible customer service!

This was my first with Carmen, but she. took lots of time with me performing my physical and answering my questions & concerns. She’s very medicallyknowledgeable, but also very knowledgeable about the referrals I need to continue my care with my specialist. She’s so very kind. Blessed to find her!
