Was late, and short with me and my time. Dismissed the opinion of multiple other doctors I’ve had, and refused to give me a referral to a specialist said doctors recommended (neurology). Refused to refer me for pain until I went on psychiatric medication, completely unrelated to the original concern. Overall not knowledgeable about what she was even prescribing. Dismissed my family history, my own prior history, and my current symptoms, as well as the length of those symptoms. Tried twice to charge me for the appointment despite assuring me SoonerCare covered it, then sent a debt collector after me when I tried to call and inform her. Has almost refused to refill my medication multiple times, leading to me needing to unexpectedly cut psychiatric medication, and have horrible withdrawal symptoms. Have cancelled appointments or moved them with no warning. I would rate 0 if I could, HORRIBLE excuse of a “professional” with no redeeming features.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is a poor excuse of a nurse practitioner. She has no moral compass when it has to do with Ethics. She dropped my disabled husband as a patient with no heads up and no time for him to find another physician. Then not to mention having someone so young on two different BP meds that he clearly doesn't need. That is poor poor medicine for a physician not to give a heads up to a patient so that they can find further care. Especially a disabled person with brain injury. Shame on her and shame on soonercare for keeping her so long. I would not suggest this person for anyones medical needs.

Listens to people, tries to get you in asap, works with You!

Carly Waren, APRN, is a very pleasant, attentive and communicative medical professional who gave me plenty of time to talk and ask questions. She asked me many questions concerning my health and medical history. She asked about past treatments, medications and outcomes. She proposed treatment and asked for my input. She instructed me on the use of the prescribed medications and made certain that I knew to contact her immediately if I had a question or encountered anything unexpected.
