He was the Anesthetist for my colonoscopy. No problem with the procedure but his staff miscoded the procedure when sending it to insurance. I called several times but they never corrected it. Called my insurance and the doctor who performed the procedure also. Had to file an appeal with my insurance. Dr. Guthrie sent me to collections. His office staff created a big headache for me. It took 10 months for me to do all the work and get it cleared up. Incompetent staff.
