Telehealth
Felt rushed, he was rude and dismissive. Even cut me off mid sentence and seemed to just wanna rush the appointment. Total waste of time!

I consider that a doctor must be prepare academically, be in professional improvement constantly , customer services skills and follow up every case until solve it or if the case is not in his hands so he should refer it to a specialist. Doctor Jimenez has a lot of patients and does not take the enough time to talk with patients about the problem, every time he is hurried. Unfortunately i have to tell it but he prescribed a medication incorrectly (directions to take it ). Must improve knowledge.
