Dr. Carlos was amazing with my daughter who got badly hurt on her chin. He was patient, compassionate and very polite. Impeccable bedside manners - not something one would expect from an emergency room doctor. He explained the whole process to us and to my daughter very well which helped calm our anxiety a lot.
