×Post a ResponseAre you Carlos Cinto?
Carlos was initially very pleasant, especially during telephone conversations. However, as our in-person visits progressed he became increasingly unprofessional. He would multi-task by saying he was listening to us while typing on his desk computer. There's nothing that says I am here for you, and I want to listen to you like hearing keys rattling, no eye contact, and divided attention.
