I saw her for about 2 years before I had to switch to kaiser insurance and couldn’t see her anymore, she really is the best. It was my first try at therapy and I am a completely different person than I was when I started. She made me feel heard, validated me, but also helped guide me towards seeing my own faults and what I could do to improve my mindset and behaviors to improve my life. I moved out of state and have found that it’s rare to find a therapist like her, Carlene is someone who was born for this kind of work and truly cares about helping others.
