She has provided me with repeat physicals now where every concern I’ve had was properly addressed and evaluated within reason. Testing and imaging to explore concerns which were done same day. This is the only provider I’ve had that has validated my concerns and made me feel heard.

It felt more like a triage to just give me screenings I needed...not discuss or make a plan for the primary issues I came in to discuss.

I have had nothing short of issues. No more than 10 minute appointments with completely passive listening. Had my physical with C.K. who missed an enlarged thyroid and nodule which was luckily caught two months later by another physician because she had me in and out in 10 minutes and only did a breast exam because I requested it, otherwise would have had no physical contact with me at all. I of course was charged for an entire physical that did not actually happen. Completely unacceptable care. If you want to be heard or have a serious concern I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for primary care. You can tell she is completely focused on billing for her time and not focused on the care of her patients. Never had an appointment last longer than 15 minutes.

Always love seeing Carly. She has a great bed side manner, remembers to ask about my kids and has a great sense of my health care needs. She is confident and not quick to prescribe medication, which I truly appreciate. I always feel like she is listening to me and giving me lots of options.

carleen does not listen to her patients—particularly when the patient is discussing a health matter that makes her uncomfortable or presses against her very obvious personal agenda. She also has no ability to prescribe for comorbid conditions. She’ll help with one problem by exacerbating another and will refuse to look for the pattern with you; instead offering dead ends with her dialogue and no follow-up. She has no interest in helping those whose conditions make her uncomfortable
