I have found Carla to be kind, knowledgeable and have great bedside manner! She makes me feel as she truly cares for me, she has honest but thoughtful conversations about my health and issues pertaining to it! Her business recently experienced a major set back with a fire and many people where upset that she was closed but THEY HAD A FIRE!!!! What is she supposed to do, please give her a try if you haven't already!

This lady put my health and my friends in serious jeopardy. Both of us have thyroid issues. She overmedicated me and misdiagnosed my friend with thyroid cancer. Thankfully we both had the good sense to realize Ms Carla is a quack and got 2nd opinions. So thankful I never have to see her again

From the time I first scheduled to the time I walk out. The reviews about the staff are beyond false. I have been in the waiting room to experience rude patients degrade the staff, the staff handled the situation very professionally!

her staff is the most disintegrated unprofessional medical staff I have ever encountered... nothing but problems with billing scheduling and the fact that I waited to see C.F for almost an hour and a half... the only mistake I made was not trusting my gut when it was screaming at me to walk out the door.... NEVER will I go back there EVER

She would not refill my prescription for Celexa - or lower it so I could safely withdraw from this drug. I was forced to cold-turkey withdraw from the drug with MANY side effects and my safety was a risk.

This office wrote the wrong version of my Rx refill & told me it was my own fault for not noticing the two letter difference when I picked it up at the pharmacy. Rx was never fixed & when my insurance was running out, the pharm contacted their office many times over the week to have it fixed before the end date. They faxed it over the DAY AFTER. I contacted the office several times to try to get answers and help, received a call from office manager telling me too bad & find another physician.

I would recommend Carla Franco, CNP. I have been going to her for over five years. I've changed insurance companies but never drs.
