Ignored Examination Guidelines
Dr. Carl - Philippe Paul was selected by the Veterans Administration to conduct a Veterans Compensation Evaluation Exam on my behalf. The conditions of the examination provided clearly state that: 'The examiner will discuss your history with you in detail during the appointment and will address medical and or psychiatric questions then as appropriate. 'THAT OPTION WAS NEVER PRESENTED OR OFFERED TO ME BY DR. PAUL. In its place the examination was restricted to a set of YES OR NO questions with no other input ,conducted by Dr. Paul of which the majority of the questions asked did not even pertain to the main issue being evaluated. At NO time was I offered or given the opportunity to substantiate the very reason I was receiving the examination and present the direct facts pertaining to the issue being evaluated so that a fair and objective assessment could be achieved.
