ER Visit
I had an unexpected visit to the ER which required an overnight stay. Candida Rodriguez was the Nurse Practitioner who handled my discharge. She was extremely unprofessional and seemed annoyed about basic questions posed. Another nurse overheard our discussion and approached me to apologize for her insensitivity and overall lack of care. My hope is that this is not common practice for her. However, it was so disappointing that it is worth alerting other patients in case they have the option to get care from another healthcare professional.
