They let me waited for an hour in the room. I supposed to see Doctor Gibson but unfortunately, she was not free that day, so I had to see Candice Instead. She was very unprofessional. They told me the result would come back in 2-3 days, but they took over a week! When seeing with doctor Gibson it only took 2 days for the result. My result came back positive and they told me to go get the medicine in the next day. I told them I was out of town and be back in 5 days and the nurse on the phone said I can go pick up whenever I’m ready. The next 5 days I went to the place that I picked up before but the pharmacies told me my prescription was somewhere else. which I never ask them send to that place. Then I tried to call that cvs and transfer to the right place and they said my prescription did not confirm by Candice yet. So I can’t go pick up or transfer medicine. Everything is a mess, take forever. Also, it's very hard to contact them. What a waste of time

Every time I have an appointment I am greeted. I appreciate the entire office on how they conduct themselves. I will continue to come to this location. Upgrades look great!

This was my second time seeing Candice! I think she is wonderful at what she does, she was able to answer all of the questions I had, and made me feel comfortable (which is a big deal to me). I would absolutely recommend seeing her!

The new office is beautiful . I have been with this practice many years and it is really wonderful to see them such a beautiful location.

I waited for an hour to be seen, they placed me in a hot room and I could hear them goofing off in the back while I waited... and waited. Finally I was seen by Candice. She was very friendly and did answer my questions while I was in the room. We did some tests and she asked me if I wanted a std test and I told her no. A few days later I got my test results.. however they were not written to what I would understand, you know, not being a nurse/doctor and all. So I called to get some clarification on the tests and to also ask why I received a std test results when I told her I didn’t want one. I didn’t get a call back. So I called again a few days later. She did call back and Ofcourse I missed it. I tried to call her twice more and have never heard from her again. So I consulted google to try to figure out my test results. Thanks for nothing! Won’t be returning.

When I showed up to my appointment I had to wait awhile only because I came a little early of course. That was no problem. But when my time came, everyone was so genuine, nice and respectful. It reminded me of when I was little and the doctors was extremely too nice. I felt at home at this visit and I’m glad that I chose this place to make appointments.

No long wait time. NP Parkins very polite, I felt very comfortable. She listened well and answered with explanation, any questions I had. She did not rush. I will definitely be teturning

During my initial visit, Candace made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She listened to my concerns and recommended the course of action I should take to identify the problem. At the follow up visit, Candace shared the results of the tests and made recommendations for follow up.

I saw NP Parkins for an annual review with routine questions. She listened closely and responded thoughtfully. She followed up quickly with test results. The lab technician was also kind and courteous, and very gentle in drawing blood. I highly recommend NP Parkins and Virginia Complete Care for Women.

This was my first visit with Candice, she was professional and personable. She responded to each of my concerns with multiple options and even checked my insurance formulary to make sure it was covered by my insurance. I will definitely be returning for my care with Candice Parkins.

Although the office is clean her service is the absolute worst she do not care about deadlines for job forms she do not care about contacting you back she do not care if your in pain she will not take you out of work even if you are in pre term labor she is the worst person they have hired never will I recommend her to anyone wether they having a baby or having cramps I wouldn't recommend her to look at my toe. Worst person ever.

I moved to Danville from Richmond a year ago. I still go back to Richmond for my annual check-up and care.
