The Rochester clinic is a blessing! I have no complaints about this clinic. It is the best clinic I have ever been to in my 73 years of life.

The doctor and his nurse were incredibly encouraging and respectful. They provided information and encouraged me to continue with the program I have been doing to lose weight. Also, they went out of their way to meet my needs.

When I call to get an appointment, if the office doesn't answer right away, the phone is forwarded to a central phone system. Sometimes I go directly to the office and sometimes, they don't have an opening. When that happens, they direct me to go to immediate care in Olympia. I go there, as directed by them.They do a great job as well.
