Caleb was attentive throughout the visit, maintaining good eye contact, and she also conducted a thorough examination and inquired in detail about previous & current health concerns. Will definitely be seeing her as my and my husband's new PCP

Caley Bogatz is a GREAT doctor! Proactive, & attentive. Very open and helpful in my activity with my treatments and lifestyle changes and activities to accommodate my health. She is the reason I am a CHI patient, even though my interactions with her nurse make me want to go somewhere else. Caley Bogatz being my doctor is why I keep coming back. You should give her a raise ;)

I always appreciate Caley Bogatz attention, empathy, and ideas. She's helped me so much with my health and finding treatments that are actually working. I think she exemplifies what bedside manner should be and Is very knowledgeable on top of that.
