Byron takes a holistic approach to therapy. It's not a simple cookie-cutter approach. He tailors your treatment based on you, the individual. Really needed the homework that he assigned. It helped me in all areas of my life. He even picked up on my nonverbal language and gently helped me to get past simply saying I am okay. For this I am grateful, because I am used to just saying I am okay to shorten a conversation. I have noticed that I have become more expressive of how I feel. Hopefully in the future I get to work with him again.

Byron is an amazing counselor. Very thankful for him I was in a very bad place at the beginning of the year. Now I am starting to understand what it truly means to thrive.
