Dr. Kraft deserves 5 star ratings! He has been my doctor since 2014 and I’m very lucky to have found a great doctor who cares so much about his patient. I used to always have problems with my eyeglasses and i never had any since having him. He prescribed me a very clear glasses and I’m extremely happy with his service. I go to him yearly eye checkup and my vision has been great. Thank you

I have been a patient of Dr Kraft for at least 10 years. I like him and have continued to see him out of network when my vision insurance changed because I liked him but the service in his office has continued to decline. Today was the last straw. Made an appt for for a contact lens fitting, After waiting 30 minutes I am told that Dr Kraft wont see me unless I get a full eye exam. I explain that I had an exam with Dr Kraft six months previous and he referred me to a specialist who had done a full eye exam.... (took five months to get the specialist appt because of COVID) and since I had just had a full exam within the last month all I wanted was to be fitted for contacts (specialist offered to put me in contact lenses but wanted to stay loyal to Dr Kraft). Employee - "Dr Kraft will not see you unless you get a full exam" Asked to speak to Dr Kraft "I am afraid that's not possible" Client service doesn't exist anymore. Its all about raking you for the extra bucks.
